  1. Senior Graphic Designer

    Our lively advertising agency is looking for an experienced and talented graphic designer to join our creative team! This person will be responsible for designing creative, including responsive websites, for digital and traditional advertising campaigns for our progressive political and responsible corporate clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to brainstorm, conceptualize and execute impactful, client-ready advertising creative, often on tight deadlines
    • Collaborate with the web development team to create site maps, wireframes, mockups, visual guidelines, interactive prototypes, and development-ready designs, as well as conduct stakeholder interviews and moderated or unmoderated user testing
    • Create branding and identity materials for clients/campaigns, including logos, guidelines for brand management, and collateral

    Qualifications:

    • BFA/BA in Design or a related field preferred
    • 3+ years of design experience, preferably at an agency
    • Ability to provide and receive feedback in a positive and constructive manner
    • Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
    • High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, Premiere, After Effects, XD, InDesign), and familiarity with Figma is a plus
    • Experience designing advertising creative and brand assets, especially in a digital context
    • Experience designing responsive websites
    • Strong knowledge of both UI and UX principles and best practices
    • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress
    • Basic skills in motion graphics and audio/video editing is a plus

    Our lively digital marketing agency is looking for new team members at a range of experience levels in our Strategy department to help create and execute results-driven online advertising campaigns for our progressive political and responsible corporate clients. These people will help our clients increase brand awareness, drive e-commerce sales and organization growth, engage and retain current members, and advance progressive causes.

    Specific Responsibilities (All positions)

    • Build, optimize, and run online ads across various different programmatic platforms (Facebook, Google, DBM, Twitter, etc.).
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
    • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance to uncover actionable insights that will increase efficiency and performance of our digital marketing efforts.

    Our lively DC-based digital advertising agency is looking for a paid search specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work across client accounts to plan, implement, track and optimize paid search campaigns. This role will report to the VP of Search.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    2+ years of experience in a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) ad buying & campaign management role. We assume the majority of the experience will be in AdWords but we equally value Bing SEM and Amazon SEM experience

    Sr. Paid Search Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Manage ROAS/ROI-driven campaigns on Google and Bing and/or Amazon SEM, including:
      • ad copywriting
      • campaign & ad group building
      • keyword and automated bidding strategies
      • regular optimization and reporting
    • Oversee projects across multiple client teams and manage team members working on PPC/paid search projects
    • Help to train and build additional paid search capacity at the agency
    • Interface directly with clients

    The following qualifications are strongly preferred:
