  1. Junior Graphic Designer

    Our lively digital marketing agency is looking for a talented graphic designer to join our creative team! This person will help produce creative for digital and print advertising campaigns, websites, branding, and other graphics for our progressive political and responsible corporate clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Design client-ready creative on tight deadlines
    • Work with team members to create front-end wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for responsive websites
    • Produce creative for digital and print advertising campaigns
    • Create branding and identity materials for clients/campaigns, including logos, guidelines for brand management, and collateral
    • This is an in-office position in downtown Washington, DC

    Qualifications

    • BFA/BA in Design or a related field
    • High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience designing responsive websites
    • Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
    • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Wordpress
    • Basic skills in motion graphics and audio/video editing would be ideal
    • Illustration ability is a big plus
    • Able to provide and receive feedback in a positive and constructive manner

  2. Mobile Strategist

    Our lively digital marketing agency is looking for somebody with Mobile User Acquisition experience to help us create and execute results-driven online advertising campaigns for our progressive political and responsible corporate clients.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day mobile user acquisition operational processes, including: campaign set-up, reporting, trafficking, troubleshooting, QA, reporting and campaign optimization
    • Build and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including Adwords, DV 360, Facebook and other mobile app install networks
    • Understand mobile app telemetry and identify opportunities to optimize user acquisition conversion rates
    • Work with advertisers and ad networks to ensure that all parties are tracking toward campaign launch timelines and performance goals
    • Utilize Mobile Measurement Platforms to review performance results regularly and optimize campaigns, including suggestions for improved performance by ad network, creative or by ad-type

    Minimum Qualifications

    • At least 1 year hands-on, in-platform experience with digital ad ops (though we will pay more for more experience)

    The ideal candidate would have experience with as much of the below list as possible:

    • Programmatic experience (Bonus points if DCM/DBM)
      • Ad servers (setup, trafficking, tagging, etc)
      • Demand side platforms
